60-year-old presented with swelling on the right side of scrotum extending to opposite side and to the upper thigh. It was excised
in total, and the skin graft was applied to the exposed area. The biopsy of the specimen revealed it as recurrent
dermatofibrosarcoma. Dermatofibrosarcoma of the scrotum is a very rare disease.
