Chest X-Ray Pattern Post Shotgun Injury

Abstract
A 64-year-old gentleman presented following shotgun injury to left upper extremity. Scattered rounded radiodensities on chest x-ray represent shotgun pellets with wide shot pattern. A fantastic, rare, CXR image of the sequela of shotgun injury. Shotgun wounds on CXR are rare to come by and often relate to catastrophic injury. This gentleman suffered gunshot wound to his arm with splaying of the shotgun pellets across his chest wall.
